Being a
Healthy Church

Growing in the grace and mercy of the love of Christ

CHURCH ONLINE

In this unprecedented time in our nation and community, we are heeding the authorities of our state to put into place their guidelines for not hosting groups of 10 or more. In addition, our church building is closed to all outside groups. All church-related groups are highly recommended to stop from gathering for at least the next two weeks as well. Since the virus is so contagious in the period before any symptoms are evident. We do not know where people have been that we are in contact with. Crossroads Worship Band will not be meeting to practice and the choir will not be meeting. (Faith and Pastor Steve and Pastor Jonathan have chosen not to attend any meetings for the next two weeks.)

DO THE FIVE

HANDS: Wash them often. Sing or say the Lord’s prayer or the first verse of Amazing Grace while washing your hands.

ELBOW: Cough or sneeze into it. That’s why it’s not so great to be bumping elbows.

FACE: Don’t touch it. We all have a tendency to touch our face or scratch our noses. Best thing to do is put your hands in your pockets when tempted to reach up.

FEET: Stay more than 3-feet apart. Keeping your distance from others is a way to show respect and care for others.

FEEL: Sick? Stay Home! Even if you do not have symptoms of the virus but may be feeling a little bit out of norm, please stay home, we would not want you to come in contact with any other people.

FAITH OVER FEAR

Fear is a powerful human emotion that can cause us to respond inappropriately or motivate us to take positive action. or it can to paralyze us. We must remember to trust God in all things, so what we can do is speak to Him.
